HOSPITALITY KING/QUEEN & OVERALL TITLES (FROM AD PAGE SALES)
Ad page Sales are those in which you would see similar to the ads listed in a high school year book. We encourage all of our contestants to try to sell at least one ad page. Your ad or adds will be featured in our 2013 National program book. Each page you sell will have your contestants photo as well as the adds you have acquired.
To sell ad pages you simply ask your family, friends and local businesses to support your contestant by placing an ad within the program book. We do have a letter sample for you to use as a guide when looking to get your ad pages sold.
We reward any contestant selling ad pages. Our level of prizes are in tiers. The more ad pages you sell the greater your rewards and savings off your pageant fees will be.
If you need any help in understanding the process of this please don't hesitate to call us and we will happily guide you through it. We want to see our contestants receive multiple awards as well as helping the parents (guardian's) save as much money as possible.
A full ad page is the cost of $50.00. Businesses should provide a business card and or a message that they would like listed on their page.
Contestants are responsible with the preparation of their own ad pages. Again we would be happy to help you get started with it.
Please make sure the contestants name is placed on each ad page submitted.
AD PAGE REWARD LEVELS
Sell 5 pages receive your registration free, a crown and medallion
Sell 10 pages receive your registration free, a lg crown, medallion and gift
Sell 20 or more pages receive all your pageant fees paid (excluding registration), a large custom crown of your choice, trophy and gift.
Any contestant that sells 25 or more pages will receive ALL pageant fees paid, a large custom crown our your choice, trophy, gift and an additional 5 points added to your total overall scores. You will be crowned our Hospitality Overall.
Any contestant that has a record selling number of ad pages(over 25) will receive ALL pageant fees paid, a large custom crown of your choice, trophy, gift and the title of Ultimate Ambassador.
Ad pages must be submitted by 05/13/2013
HOSPITALITY AWARDS
Our hospitality awards are based on pledges sold. A pledge is donation made in increments. There are $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $50.00 and $100.00 pledge amounts. A pledge is similar to a sponsorship. Contestants can acquire pledges from businesses, friends and family. The amount in which someone wished to pledge the contestant is at their discretion. We will be awarding the titles for this category similar to the cover star awards. They will be in tiers. The more pledges sold, the more savings you will receive and the greater the awards will be. As we do for the cover star pages we will post your pledges within the program book. Simply keep track of the individuals and or businesses that are making pledges for you. Each pledge will be posted around your photo in the program book. The more pledges you have the more pages you will have within the book. Parents can get a head start on working towards a royalty title. You can apply your fees towards your pledges. For example you wish to enter your child in the International Package. You can apply to amount of $295.00 towards your total pledges.
Contestants that acquire 500 pledges ($500.00) will receive a lg crown & gift and will be crowned our Hospitality Prince/Princess.
Contestants that acquire 750 pledges ($750.00) will receive a large crown of your choice, gift and will receive ALL of their pageant fees paid in full.You will also be crowned our 2011 Hospitality King/Queen
.Contestants that acquire 1000 ($1000.00) pledges will receive a large custom crown of choice, custom satin embroidered sash and will be crowned our 2012 Hospitality Overall. In additional of your pageant fees will be PAID IN FULL!!!!
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Each pageant that we host we support a local community organization. Previously we have helped such organizations as:
Keene Community Kitchen-Food Shelter
Toys 4 Tots- (to help Military Families)
Monadnock Humane Society- Animal Shelter
Toys 4 Tots ( Tri State area)
Springfield Emergency Relief Shelter/Homeless & Food Shelter
THE ORGANIZATION THAT WE WILL BE HELPING IS TO BE DETERMINED. WILL UPDATE SOON.
AS ALWAYS WE WILL BE AWARDING OUR TOP THREE CONTESTANTS WHOM HAVE DONATED THE MOST NUMBER OF ITEMS. ANY CONTESTANT THAT DONATED 10 OR MORE ITEMS WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL 2 POINTS ADDED TO THEIR TOTAL OVERALL SCORE. THE TOP THREE CONTESTANTS WITH THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF DONATIONS WILL RECEIVE A CROWN AND AN ADDITIONAL 5 POINTS ADDED TO THEIR TOTAL OVERALL SCORES.
The top 3 contestants donating the most number of items will receive a crown and medallion.
The one contestant donating the most number of items will be crowned our 2013 Charity Ambassador and will receive a custom crown and medallion.
We like to make sure we give back to our contestant for their efforts in "giving back to our communities"
